The first photo is of a kind of cup-cake-ish cake.. I think its made from rice flower, but im not sure - my portuguese is very bad :-) cool that you have them im Amsterdam, bc true true they are soo good..
yes, you are right! the cake is made from rice flower and we call it: rice cake. I love it but has a lot of butter :(
