Bakken

So today M and I tok your annual trip to Bakken ( M and I haven't been knowing each other for that long, so it's your second trip : ) But anyways, It's this weird place with loads of food, beer and amusement-stuff.. Don't know why, but I just love it! I guess it reminds me of when I was a very little girl..
The second picture is of us in fifty years, or so - still going to Bakken.....

On our last day in Berlin we went on a little gallery tour, and I found this amazing gallery for conteporary jewellery. In the window they had this beautiful necklace, made of wood and light pink glass, from a brand called PE/AH - They make a lot of other cool stuff..
If only I had a lot of money!!

SO36

We also spent a day in Kreuzberg - the SO36 area.. As you can see on our many drinks the weather was crazy hot! And with a Berlin hangover it's pretty hard. Just until the weather cools down in the afternoon and its time for more lovely sekt.
The paper things in the first pic werent for sale, but I think I will take a closer look at KatrineNY's to see if I can make some similar ones...

We spent a day in Prenzlauerberg, mainly the streets around Kastanienallee and odebergerstrasse.. I really like that area because its so calm and laidback.. I bougth the socks in this little shop. Think they will be great when it get's a bit colder.. The vietnamese food we ate at a little place called Asia stubschen at Kastanienallee. The place looks pretty crummy from the outside, but the have the best food.. And it is really really not that pricy..

Back From Berlin, Baby Baby..

So, we are back after a quik trip to Berlin..
After the lissboa-trip we got so sad that the summer travelling were all done so we decidet to take a little impulsive trip to Berlin.. I have been living down the for a couple of years before I startet my studies so we didn't really have any plans, just to hang out, enjoy the city, eat great food and enjoy the lovely weissbier... I think it's one of the best cities in the world for doing just that..

Baby-Sitting-Day

My sister inside the artist Pind piece at Overgaden yesterday.. We had the best time because there was so much to explorer.. Wasn't sure in the begining that she would be able to grasp it all (she is only 2,5), but we had a blast..
The room was completely green, so when you came out of the room again everything went all pink!!

I have been working at the restaurant quite a bit, so just needed to get out of Copenhagen. Luckely a friend og mine is working as a gardener at a beautiful old school in the southern part of Seeland.
I am normally not that much of a nature child, but the flowers were so lovely and i got a stomach ache from eating to many gooseberries, so that was just what i needed :-)

The phone

I bought one of these phones that promises a whole lot. One of the things it promissed was that it was a camera mobile.. So tried to take a pic of M outside yesterday.. And it turned out like this!!! What a waste of money :-) (or maybe Im just to stupid to set it properly:-)

Oh, and yes its shoes on his ears..

So still trying to detox, but I miss coffe!! Sugar,milk and gluten is'nt really the hard part.. It's coffe...
Bougt a cutting set for linoleum printing... Don't know if I just can make it at home, but i hope something good will turn out - I'll show if thats the case :-) When the weather is so bad in the summer I need projects..

Tiles

I Always get drawn to patterns and color ( Therefore I guess its pretty good I study textile design :-) and in Portugal they have the most beautiful tiles... I wish we would have more of those here in Denmark (or just some at least), especially when most of the time here it is pretty dull and grey.. I guess in my dream house some of the walls would be coverd in tiles :-)

Here after the holiday I try to do a bit of a detox-diet the best I can, but i miss the double espressos so much!!

We travelled from Lisboa down to a little town called Sesimbra. To get there we had to take a ferry.

We are back!

We are back after some fantastic days in Portugal. Just entered the appartment, and already, I feel like traveling more and exploring new places. Lisboa was a big positive surprise - very hip and with a lot of cool stuff, restaurants etc. The photos Is of a 'chestnut-kind-of-flower' I found wenn we were 'beach-ing' in a little town in the countryside south from Lisboa.....
