Char: Oh I didnt know it was that healthy - thougt about growing it myself, but now it is getting to cold!!! Have to eat a lot more parsley then :-) No its whole wheat speltbuns with the paté... And can't wait to see your result :-)

parsley-paté

My new favorite thing is parsley-sunflover-paté... This one I made with soaked sunfloverseeds, parsley (about half/half) olive oil, a bit of garlic, salt, pepper and some water to make it smooth while blending...

These days i mostly take pictures of Ulla-tofu :-)
Boy is she growing fast - She already weighs 3,3 kilos!!!

Vegan junkfood in Berlin is simply so much better.. I am down with the flu - and boy could I eat a burger like that now... I wouldn't be able to taste a thing - but still...

CHAR : I know there is a really good kitchenwear shop called H.W. Larsen were the restaurant I work at buy their kitchen-stuff - but have no idea if they ship to the US..
