Belayed merry christmas!!

HOPE YOU ALL HAD A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Mine was filled with all the usual good stuff - love and food - and as if that wasn't enough Copenhagen is covered of lovely whithe snow - just as if the queen of Narnia ruled...
This pics are from our walk yesterday at Kastellet down by the harbour side in Copenhagen - there is a this little coffe place were we got the best coffe!

When I first moved to Kolding all I wanted was to move into an old shed like this. But now that we have snow up until your knees here, I am really glad i went with an appartment....
The snow is so amazing - It makes me so happy and all I do now is enjoying its beauty - I suppose I wouldent have if my living arrangements would have been like this :-)

Being vegan is really starting to get to me - all I wanna do is sit inside and eat waffels with whipcream - all day long - so I did that yesterday...

Tofu and Torsteinn

Things are going well theese days. I am insanely busy at school, but i luckily still have time to bake cake with Tofu and eat it with a crazy icelandic guy I have fallen in love with....

- he doesen't even seem to mind wearing matching sweaters with my dog, thats how crazy and amazing he is :-)

Stuff from my latest project!

Afro

My whole class from the Designschool went to Japan for a study trip (buy a dog = low on cash) But Lærke my fabulous classmate brought home a afro-dog-wig for Ulla-Tofu - Its amazing :-)
And then I started backing my own dog treats - these are with parsley - she liked them alright, but i suppose they don't messure up to dried meat!
Im pretty behing in my blog reading - doing a big project at school, but can't wait to catch up!!

Chestnut season has begun... The weather in Denmark is freezing - so I cant think of anything better than to eat chestnuts every afternoon - from now on until christmas :-)

Ulla-tofu in her tutu and weird not so yummy cakes made for a projekt at school...
Dont worry - she only wore for a couple of minutes in front of the camera :-) But, for christmas I will dress her up as an elf - cant wait !!!

I am doing all I can to get some green plants in my little student appartment... Unfortunately I have a sneaky feeling it will mysteriously die soon... Plants ALWAYS do in my house :-)

Kolding loner...

I suppose Its only in kolding you can find a yellow typewrither for 4€ in the secondhand shop around the corner...
Me and Tofu are all by ourselves in Kolding this weekend - the first in a long time were I havent been around friends, family or work (I am really bad at being alone)... So far its nice - I suppose it helps a lot with Tofu being here...

parsley-paté

My new favorite thing is parsley-sunflover-paté... This one I made with soaked sunfloverseeds, parsley (about half/half) olive oil, a bit of garlic, salt, pepper and some water to make it smooth while blending...

These days i mostly take pictures of Ulla-tofu :-)
Boy is she growing fast - She already weighs 3,3 kilos!!!
