And sadly the macaroons in Spain are nothing like the ones they have in France :-(

Sevilla

Me and my family just went on a short trip to Sevilla... It ended up focusing mainly on the food we ate... Its a classic Weir-family vacation :-)

Marian N. Larsen: Den her kaffe er fra et sted som hedder WILLYS!! Det er også en meget fin fin butik.. Lidt billigere end ICA - Lidt mere som rema, men så bare med deres egne produkter i den fineste grafik!
Pankalla and Brit: Yes the ice is good for you in the morning :-) It was simply; Frozen diced bananas, frozenn stawberries , agave nectar and vanilla beam -- mixed in the foodprocsessor with a little bit of water! -- It is sooo good!

Swedish coffe, and strawberry/banana icecream in the morning :-)

When Tofu shows her one tooth it almost looks like she is smiling....

BTW today is my BIRTHDAY ...

And I already can feel it is going to be the best day... I am turning 26 - and are a bit worried that the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes will come this year - but appart from that it is pretty awsome to get older !!
My life is filled with love and I am filled with happiness!

IKEA and ICA

I have been doing quite a lot of design related freelance work these past couple of weeks - which is great !! The only downside is that I miss Ulla-Tofu so when I am away from her ( It's as if all design happens outside of Copenhagen - resulting in a great deal of traveling )
But anyways; tonight I am of to Älmhult were IKEA has it's flagship - I signed a contract promissing not to say ANYTHING or show ANYTHING - so i wont :-)

ps - the picture is from the last time I went up there - were my friend/colleague Kitt is posing in front of ICA. ICA is a swedish supermarked were you can get sooo much great organic veggie stuff - Sweden is just so much better at all of that, than Denmark!

Porridge with apple and cinamon

Porridge season has begun - normally I think it's kind of a boring breakfeast - but when the weateher is just right, it's the best!!

I was in Køge this Weekend ---- with that guy that I really like ---- to visit his parents.
That night we cooked dinner with the cabbage that we bought from the local farmers marked. We ended up cooking CABBAGE-LASAGNA - the recepie is here.

It is this amazin initiative were you work for three hours a month.
Then each Wednesday you can pick up a lovely bag of organic vegetables and fruit from a local farmer - for a very little amount of money!

LEMON PASTA

The other day I did Sarahs lemonpasta dish for lunch! Only I didn't have fancy tagiatelle like her - I did it with cheap wholewheat-butterfly-shaped-pasta fom Lidl.. Worked out pretty good anyway :-)

The Bahnhof

In Berlin we went to Hamburger Bahnhof, wich is my ultimate favourite museeum!

Ps - I really should get out of bed now - its almost 11, but its like I am stuck. Fall weather and a much to interesting computer can do that to you sometimes:-)

Berlin # 2

I am back! And it was a lovely trip! The first couple of days it rained so much - but lucky for us the sun came out in the end!

I used to live in Berlin for a couple of years before I started my studies - and to be honest Copenhagen is just way more my kind og city! Maybe it's because the people i love is here - maybe I just that I like the short distances to everything - anyway - it's kinda always like you have to get away to really appreciate what you have at home :-)
